Yes, and it'll stay that way. Browsing rides, joining one, RSVPing, and creating rides and clubs for occasional use are free forever — that's the core of the app, not a trial. Paid-tier details are on the Pricing page.
Does Gruppetto have paid tiers?
Yes: Rider+ and Club+ add tools for organizing and managing, without ever taking anything away from the free tier. See the Pricing page, and every question about the tiers.
Who organizes the rides on Gruppetto?
Rides are created and run by riders themselves, not by Gruppetto. Every participant is responsible for deciding whether a ride matches their level and ability.

How do I become a club organizer?
Anyone can found a club for free in a few seconds from the Clubs page — no membership or approval needed first.
